Hannah Dean Fairbanks (1770-1842)

Hannah Dean was born on February 11, 1770. She was the daughter of John Dean and Mary Morse Dean.
On January 21, 1790, Hannah Dean married Benjamin Fairbanks, Jr., the son of Benjamin (lot 208) and Abigail Ellis Fairbanks (lot 207).
The couple had three children: Abigail, Willard, and Mary.
Their eldest child, Abigail, was born in 1791. Known as “Nabby,” she married Isaac Ellis (1790-1844), a paper maker. He was the son of Oliver Ellis and his wife Mary Colburn Ellis (lot 100).
Benjamin Fairbanks, Jr. died in 1834; his grave has not been located.
Nabby Fairbanks Ellis died on October 3, 1836 at the age of 41.

On August 22, 1842, Hannah Dean Fairbanks died of tuberculosis. She was 72. She was interred in Old Parish Cemetery in the Isaac Ellis family lot, along with her daughter.
